You must be a young blood. Eddie Kennison was a beast. He made catches that were unbelievable, with average QB's. Other than that list is OK.

if you include blocking in the criteria, michael clayton rockets to the top of the list. he made people enjoy watching receivers block. now that's amazing.
at the college level, wendell davis was very, very good. he would have to be near the top of the list.
