Sure it does, if he does have this injury the mistakes more explainable.
If so he is avoiding making some throws because he knows he can’t and some he is attempting to make a throw he normally can easily but injury is preventing him and it looks like a mental mistake.

Lingering Injury in addition to being scared to death of further injury while playing behind this Offensive Line.
