Ok, so I'm new here but I lurked for a while. I went to Grambling, but LSU is one of my favorite teams. Y'all really should have had a better year. I think that Les Miles ruined the season, he should have been fired last year. Also, Coach O'Jaron was a great hire. He will do great things.

P.S. We should play you guys in the Bayou Classic instead of Southern

Random question - I always wanted to see the HBCU particpate in the playoffs. Can the tradition ever be worked out where this happens.

also agree with gave Miles his shot and he ruined it by trying to cram LF down Wisky and Auburns throat.

Well the bayou classic is always on the first week of the fcs playoffs. They would have to change the date.

Les Miles kept the same OC and rolled out the same offensive game plan against Wisconsin as he has for his entire tenure.

If anyone deserves blame for "ruining" the season it is Joe Alleva for expecting a tiger to change his stripes and not getting a new tiger with the stripes he wanted at the end of last year...

Joe is more into painting new stripes on the Tiger, then once the rain washes them off, shooting the tiger in front of us, bringing in a dog with tiger stripes painted on him and exclaiming we had our tiger all along.

TLDR:

Joe Alleva knows as much about Tigers as he does about hiring football coaches.

Eddie Robinson, one of the finest coaches in college football history.

God just doesn't make enough people like him. I know I don't measure up.

My goodness man. Not a fan of Alleva either but it has been WELL documented that he was determined to fire Miles last year but got chopped off at the knees by the governor and Alexander in the final hours. He had no choice in the matter.

Grambling is one of the many state colleges that should be closed, due to the number of them in Louisiana relative to the population. Would yall not agree that Grambling's purpose is now antiquated being that it is 2016 and not 1946?

If LSU want to take over recruiting in north Louisiana they should hire Broderick Fobbs on their staff.

He is a great coach and recruiter also an awesome offensive mind. He has deep roots in the Monroe & Shreveport areas. Fobbs has done a tremendous job at Grambling.

Following Grambling since the 70s my uncle use to cover them when I was a kid. I check their boxscore every Sunday.

In my opinion Eddie Robinson is the best coach of all time. Thank you coach Robinson for bringing the New York Yankees to north Louisiana. My grand dad and dad use to take me every spring to see the Yankees vs Grambling baseball team back then. Steinbrener & Robinson were good friends. How many college teams can say they got to play vs the Yankees? Hell!! How many kids growing up in Louisiana can say they got to see the Yankees in person back then.

My uncle said Robinson and bear Bryant were good friends also, but would never give Grambling a game vs bama back then. Robinson asked every season for a game, Bear's answer was always no.

I asked my uncle why, he said because in the 50s and thru the 70s the Swac had the best talent of any conference in the nation "bar none". He said they would have killed the Sec back then with the wing t offense.

Tiger fan to Tiger fan good luck tomorrow and Geaux Tigers!!
