Dear Senator Kennedy,
As a resident of Louisiana and one of your constituents, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing mistreatment of Louisiana State University (LSU) by the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
LSU is a cornerstone of our state’s pride, culture, and economy. Recent decisions and unfair treatment from the conference leadership have repeatedly disadvantaged our university, harming our athletic programs and frustrating the millions of Louisianians who support them. The systemic bias and lack of administrative fairness can no longer be ignored.
I urge you to use the influence of your office to advocate for LSU and demand accountability and transparency from the SEC leadership. Our state's premier institution deserves a level playing field, and your constituents expect you to stand up for Louisiana's interests.
Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this matter.

The only things I would have added:
1. Along with LSU being mistreated, I would have included the entire state of Louisiana as LSU is a public and flagship institution.
2. Also the La. judicial system as the SEC is flagrantly ignoring its rulings, and thus, the rule of law.
3. This makes the SEC a rogue institution.
