Sorry dude ,I know you are proud but these are LSU's stat's.........Not yours. I can see you get some kind of woody by posting this on this site possibily first but we really don't care. It's just stats.

No need to be an a-hole man, most everyone else in this thread thinks it's pretty sweet. You don't think it's kind of cool a nationally syndicated radio show used information he gave them and indirectly mentioned him by name?

Why you being an a-hole? If my name was mentioned on TV or radio due to some statistical research that I did on LSU sports, I'd be here bragging too. Johnny is a good man. Let him have his moment in the spot light. Get off you frickin' high horse.

I sent this to every ESPN national radio show, and my 30-1 stat got picked up by Colin Cowherd, as he was on the phone with Kirk Herbstreit.

This is Awesome!

The only thing that Colin gets wrong is he says 6:00 pm Eastern, instead of Central.

Click here to listen to the segment, he mentions my name a couple times. They start talking about it around the minute and a half mark

Very nice!!

You do realize that none of us actually play or have played for LSU and yet here we are discussing the stats and styles of the LSU TEAM.

Lots of us do care about records and stats of the LSU teams.

I do think that you were trying to make some point but I didn't get it

It's a rare occurrence when a sports fan can make a solid, noteworthy contribution to any sports show. But when you do it with the most successful sportstalk brand in the world, that's just rock-fricking solid.

But I hope no one on this thread mistakes that stat as anything other than cool trivia. What I mean is, if you're going to put money on this game (as we tend to do when we think we can capitalize on a false perception), do it for better reasons than LSU's winning percentage on road night games dating back to 2001. Such a historical trend has nothing to do with the likelihood of this team beating this year's Alabama team on the road.
