Probably right, but that and his tendency to hire buddies and not get rid of them when needed (mostly on offense as a head coach) are the downsides with him. And maybe age. He isn’t exactly young.

All that said, I think he would do very well here. The positives outweigh the negatives if he wants to be a DC again.

Never fit with Kelly at all. Too aggressive and hard assed. Kelly doesn’t like that Nasty streak.. obviously
