He's a basketball player so he should have a great vertical jump number !

Seems like BK was simply saying they prefer to have him split out wide running routes as opposed to being in a 3 pt stance or blocking LBers.

Oh, so like a WR. I’m not sure why you’ve decided to plant your flag here, but what a weird hill to die on.

And it appears they’re not splitting him out, but using him in the slot to create mismatches for either him or other guys. This should help our other guys too and have a bigger cumulative effect than just HIS production.

That hardly means he is jumping up to our #3 WR in the rotation full time.

Now, you’re moving the goal posts. Nobody said he was jumping to our #3 WR. Nobody mentioned where he’d be in the rotation at all. Just that BK said he was moving to WR. Because he literally did.

Maybe in red zone packages, he is a weapon in those situations

Why limit him to just red zone packages? Don’t have to move him to WR if that’s all they’re gonna do with him. And why can’t he be a weapon in the other 80 yards of the field. Especially when it’s less condensed. If he gets manned up on by a LB, his speed could get him open and make him miss for a big play. If a smaller corner is manned up on him, he could use his size to get open and run over him for a big play. It wouldn’t take but a a big play or 2 before teams would have to start cheating a safety over to his side of the field in case he got loose, which again, could open up other parts of the field for our other WRs, our RBs if they can get to the 2nd level, or even Nuss if he’s gonna be more cognizant of taking those open 10-20 yards he’s given a game.

Green may not play but 15-20 plays Saturday. He may only have 3 catches on 4 targets for 25 yards. But his unique physical gifts can still have positive benefits besides just that.

3 catches for 20 yards. He hasn't done much in his 1.5 year career yet.
