again not beating a dead horse but bored as shite without any serious sports on other than the CWS.

The Question I have is who earned more respect of the 2 games?
Was it the LSU win with the SuperBowl buildup for 2 weeks(even the pope was watchin) between LSU and Bama in the very first matchup on 11/05 in front of a more interested audience?
Or was it the Alabama win with the seemingly uninterested LSU coaches and team(nation included)on 1/9 in the shutout debacle where we got smashed facefirst into the Superdome Turf??

LSU earned a lot of respect on November 5th but I think that most of the country felt that Bama was better than LSU going into the title game so LSU losing wasnt that horrific except for LSU fans like us.

LSU wins again this year at home then wins a national title in Miami...whoo hoo.

HALF the country thought that Okie Lite should have got a shot.

therefore, it was LSU, on 11/05.

That half of the country was proven wrong when Alabama beat us 21-0.

It is really hard to argue any way around that.

did you even watch the 1/9 game? We got shutout and only crossed the 50 ONCE! How on earth would we have earned any respect from anyone after that game?

We didn't earn much on 11/5 either since most considered it a draw or thought Bama were better. Based on 1/9 the only answer can be

We earned a great deal of respect before 1/9, after we lost nearly as much. What happened that night pretty much shite on one of the greatest season's in history. This is the consensus of many friends around the nation with no vested interest in LSU but college football fans.

How much respect do you give OSU in 2006 for their great season after UF skullfricked their lifeless corpse? Yeah, same thing.

Do what?

The reason I said that in that post is because you say it in almost every thread you post in, have a look:

Why do you feel it necessary to bring it up ad nauseum? Everyone knows about it.

Yea, I saw earlier you were looking me up, werido.

I don't really post much, just when I see things that are ridiculously pro Miles, I have to shut it down with the 21-0.

Thought i could slip through the cracks with my THREE posts, forgot this board is full of real corncobs.

Seriously, I'm not in to guy-on-guy carnal passions so lay off.

First off, I wasn't looking you up. It was told to me the other day by another poster and the guy was right on. It's all you've done since January.

Ahhhh, the middle school retort.

Getting back to your comment of the board is full of real corncobs..... You're going to need to develop some thicker skin if people's opinions about what you post tick you off because you're going to get torched by others, if you post stuff that has been beaten to death, like in this case.
