We have also been penalized only about 10 times in 3 games. Not too bad.

Msutiger I agree with you. JJ scared the crap out of us Saturday. A better team would havepicked 3 off. Hope he learned from this.

No, with the way our OL is playing we need a guy who can scramble. I'd rather Jefferson tuck the ball and run for 3 yards than Lee panic and throw into double or triple coverage.

So I'm curious....did you like Lee last year? Honest question.

That one that was intercepted: If he doesnt intercept it, it hits him in the face mask. It was a horrible pass. Another pass was like Jefferson was playing the game jackpot. It was basically a jump ball between defender and Randle. If Randle doesnt knock it out of his hands thats another pick.

Jefferson has looked like shite. With the way our offensive line is, we are going to have to have a QB that can pass. Jefferson passes for a out 55 yards against ULL, the rest were yards after catch.

Don't you mean that with a poor offensive line we'll need a QB that can run?

I've never EVER heard anyone say 'Our offensive line sucks.. we need to throw the ball downfield' and that's generally because downfield routes take time to develop.

Lee single handedly lost a game for us last year.

Fixed it for you. Alabama.

He also single handedly won one for us, UGA.

Oh wait, our defense never got off the fricking bus did they.

Keep being miserable and unhappy all the time. That way no matter what happens you'll be miserable and unhappy.

The way people talk I'd swear that LSU is the only top 25 team who hasn't beaten every opponent 100-0.

UF struggled against a shitty Tenn team last weekend.

Bama led by 6 at the half against FIU.

Middle Tennessee State looked better against Memphis than Ole Miss did. And midway through the 3rd quarter Saturday, Ole Miss led Southeastern by the same 24-3 that LSU led ULL. SOUTHEASTERN!

This can be said about every single play.

In that case, Joe Montana must've really sucked.

Lee has a much quicker release time and quicker decision making skills. He can get rid of the ball faster than Jefferson therefor more time in the pocket is not needed.

No, Lee deserved to be benched last season. Its time for Lee to come back in though imo.

Do you mean the University of Georgia? Because he definitely threw two pick sixes against Georgia and we ended up losing by 14.

Chris Mitchell should have done exactly what Randle did and not let the CB intercept it. And true or false, we have 6'3 and 6'4 receivers? So If my 6'4 receiver is going against a 5'11 corner and he's 50 yards downfield, why not throw a jump ball instead of taking a sack? If you know anything about QB's, you would know you let your WR's make plays. We have them so why not give them a shot.

People who want Lee have the worst memory ever. Also, Lee had a shot at starting, but got beat out. So why is he better?

I'm guessing you wanted Matt Flynn over Jamarcus Russell, too?

LINK

Yes he can.. when he's provided with adequate protection.

No you idiot. Joe Montana was Mr. West Coast Offense. He completed short to intermediate passes and let his receivers do the work. That is where Jefferson's bread and butter throws are.

Look, I don't like bashing Lee because the kid was a freshman that was thrown into the mix last second. But you can't sit here and tout his decision making skills when he threw 18 interceptions in eleven games.

It appears that our defense is a little better than last year. I'll take the QB that won't lose us the game over the gunslinger with 18 ints.
