when you calculate the % of players ranked outside the top 20 at their position compared to % of players inside the % 20.

Not too sure about that. He signed a TE that was rated a 3-star and the 19th best player of the 22 signed. He was named to the 6A 1st team in Florida.
He signed a 3-star JUCO OG this year that was the 20th rated of 22 signees and he will probably be starting on the O-line.
Tae Provens, a 3-star RB from Alabama and the 2nd lowest rated player in the class looked decent in the spring game with five rushes for 56 yards, one touchdown.
I've read more than one article where the writer's predicted the lowest recruit from the class Dantrieze Scott will be the surprise of the class.

except the recruiting sites are about as accurate as you cant get.
far more players outside the top 20 at their position fail to make it to the nfl than do make it.
If O had brought in a top 5 class, youd be touting it every single chance you got.
