i would hope they’re smarter than that.
LSU/Arky never really caught fire as a true rivalry.
Arky and Mizzou may not either.
But the networks i’m sure are looking at an LSU/OU game the last week of the season. May not be a rivalry, but chances are more often than not, that’s a game that will have SEC and Playoff implications. Which will attract eyeballs.

Oklahoma and Missouri also. If/when the SEC goes to a 3-6 conference schedule, LSU will not have both Ole Miss and Arkansas as permanent opponents. That means either Oklahoma will become LSU’s permanent Thanksgiving opponent or they will alternate between Oklahoma and Arkansas (with Missouri doing the same).

LSU wins as consistently against Bama as anyone else does. If that prevents LSU from being a rival, then Bama has no rivals.
