At least your dad is in a better place. I firmly believe that he has now stood before God. If he is as big as a tiger fan as it appears, then I'm sure that he has already put in a word for a victory over Bama.

Croozin.....my mom passed away Tuesday as well. You have my prayers my friend, as we are going through similar things it would seem. (Visitation tonight, funeral tomorrow.)

Sorry for your loss, my prayers are with your family. Sounds like your dad was a great guy, he'll have a great view of those LSU games sittin up there with the big guy in Heaven :)

I promise to pray for you and for all who have lost loved ones. We remember all of the faithful departed in a particular way on Saturday...and Sunday...the Feast of All Souls.

May the angels lead them into Paradise. May the martyrs receive them at their coming and take them to Jerusalem, the Holy City. May the Choirs of the Angels receive them and may they, with the once poor Lazarus, have rest everlasting. Amen

I am saying a prayer for your Mom and Dad and your family as well. I lost my Mom a few years ago and my Dad this year. They were married for 68 years when my Mom died and my Dad had full blown Alzheimers. It was very difficult and I feel your pain.

God will help you and your mom so keep turning to Him....

As you can see I don't don't post often but I too lost my father, (a huge LSU fan) last year, and your story really makes me feel for you and your family. Please know that I will be praying for you and your mother as well as for the repose of your fathers soul. God Bless and comfort y'all during this time of sorrow.
