He's the #2 prospect in the SEC according to Perfect game and #3 according to D1 Baseball. He was the ace on the US National Team last summer and the ace on State last year who made it to the Super Regionals. He has a sub 2 ERA this season and had only given up 7 runs in 35 innings coming into tonight. So we've already scored more runs against him than his average. It's not an excuse. He's a good pitcher. He's pitching well like good pitchers do.
