I was over that game a couple of days later. Can't let sports have that great of an effect on your life.

Smoke and mirrors. That team had unbelievable field position advantage in almost every game. We ran the ball well but relied on turnovers and special teams play to give our offense short yardage to score. I know they scored plenty...but I watched the games and there was more to it than that.
The first half of the Georgia game gave a peak into what was to come...Alabama game revealed it.
Look I LOVE THAT TEAM. That defense and the special teams units were SO UNBELIEVABLY GOOD that they covered for an offense well enough to just hide the flaw that it was.

You’ve got to be kidding... After one quarter of play, there should be no person on the planet that believed that. He was clearly not mentally ready for that game, and should have been pulled. Literally any other QB on the roster would have played a better game than Jefferson that day.

That terrible offense made a lot of defenses quit by 4th qtr that season.
How did you feel about 29-0 in 2018 vs a much lesser Bama D??
