Wtf else did you expect her to do?
Cry about it for a few months?

Blah blah blah is all I read.

All I can say is she was much closer to making the LSU Football team than many of us could ever dream of.

Aww remember the good old days when Mo Isom and Rob Bolden were going to destroy LSU football

Did not read. Les should have told her to fix him a sandwich and then walk home.

And that is because she is
1) a great athlete deserving of a tryout;
2) could possibly been a solid asset to the team, or;
3) is in possession of a vagina?

Just because you can't read doesn't mean you need to share.
I feel for her - she committed 100% for a .00001% realistic chance of making it and that's commendable. People talk down about this girl because they're scared, it makes them uncomfortable to know that a girl can get closer to a purple and gold jersey than they can.
TIL, Mo Isom is a good writer, she has good pace and flow to her words - maybe sports journalism?

She seems geniunely nice, however something about her rubs me the wrong way. She really does seem to have a very grand inflated sense of self.

Pretty typical of female "athletes." Because of Title IX, and all of the attention, she/they really think they are on par with the likes of the real MO, or PP7, Todd Walker, Ryan Theriot, and on and on.

I think the hype of the college football culture in our country often blinds people to the reality that we are just a bunch of kids–navigating our way through college classes, fumbling through the highs and lows of relationships, and ultimately playing the sports we love for the schools we’re awfully proud to represent.

Nice read. Thanks! She appears to be a faith filled young lady who gave it her all, and in aftermath, her efforts were not for naught, rather for direction from our Lord...pretty neat.
