[Because people will ask. The #1 reason he's going here is because he's signable and a team can reach for him here knowing they can sign him and focus on other picks.]
Damage control. A few weeks ago you did not even mention him among the players that would be drafted and said he was going to be back next year. I would think that a MLB scout would have known that Moore was highly regarded by MLB organizations.

You brought this up two weeks ago and could not find the post where I stated Moore would for sure be back next year.
Then, you questioned my info I received in regards to me hearing he would sign if drafted early.
Again, if you knew how the MLB draft worked you would have come to the realization that teams with the new restrictions are reaching for players who they wouldn't have had years ago. Example-Tyler Moore
