I don't want to be lumped in with some of the terrible posters we have, but will say that I am in the group that took a while to jump on the Daniels bandwagon. He deserves credit for a heck of a season so far! I was not a big supporter of him last year because I saw a run first guy that couldn't make his reads fast enough, and his throws were off the mark too many times. This year he is making good reads and letting it rip. He is a different guy out there, and deserves much praise. Denbrock is also doing well at play calling. This O is for real!

Definitely have to give high praise to Kelly’s offensive staff for Daniels and LSU’s offensive improvement. No college defense in the country can deal with it.

That is how our fans should be reacting to Jayden as well. He has been fantastic this year and the main reason we aren't sitting on a losing record this year. Its almost criminal how our defense is wasting his performance this year.

He is a completely different QB than the one people wanted benched. The people that criticized him have been proven correct with his stellar play after he decided to actually let it rip and attack the deep ball. Well SOME of the assclowns on here were so damn sure Jayden wouldn't/couldn't improve. That's where the line was drawn. Some had made up their minds that he was what they saw last year, therefore the cries for NUSS surfaced because of his "upside". As if Jayden didn't have an "upside". Now that his talents are on full display, we better enjoy it because from now on moving forward, future LSU Quarterbacks will be compared to Burrow and Daniels.

I still can’t believe it’s taken this long for the fan base to get behind JD. We’re undefeated and he’s the heisman front runner if we have just an average defense
People were wanting to bench him not that long ago, lol.

I was the same way. JD has performed at such a high level to the point that nobody can say anything other than he needs to slide

A reasonably below average defense even.
The timing of this talk is odd though, because Mizzou offense is legit & we looked the best we have all year in the second half.
What I’m saying is I think you guys may get your wish & we may field an average defense by year’s end — Whether or not we win the division almost solely depends on how quickly House/Jenkins can stop the bleeding.
