He hired a bunch and somehow they all ran the same 5 plays
Its also took 31 seconds for each coordinator to call in these 5 plays

Yeah, I miss a bunch of run on sentences and a bunch of unintelligible talk coming from les too. It made me laugh, even though it made LSU look stupid having him as our head coach. I've never seen a coach so awkward as les, and hardheaded to boot. He couldn't get out of his own way for God's sakes. The guy was wierd when talking and he was a joke to everyone in the sec at the media days. How you miss that shite I do not know. I got tired of hearing his bullshite and seeing him frick up on the sidelines. It's time to move on. The guy couldn't even make a simple point without sounding like a total dumbass. "The want to win". Wtf? Anyone else uses the word "desire" or any slew of words to express themselves in that situation. The guy was awkward and was an awkward head coach. I'm glad he's gone and I'm behind ed O 100%. Geaux tigers.

Well said. He won a lot. And got us several sec crown. A natty win. Several natty games which always. Brings a ton of excitement. But adapting is what all successful operations in all facets of life and he couldn't do it. I think O will. O can do what miles did. Bring talent in. Be a CEO but stay away from offense and stay innovative. And O can build our dline which is crucial to winning.

I know it sounds like I'm whining and beating a dead horse, just missing what he used to bring to the table at events like this.
Sure as hell wasn't a passing game.

I also miss his overall win % and recruiting classes. But it was time.

Look at all the OCs under Les and see it for yourself. First year, they were running their own offenses and the results were different. After that, they all were forced to run Les offense.
Don't blame the OCs, blame Les for that.

He just couldn't fire his best friends
Les never fired anyone. The coaches either moved on to other jobs, or stayed. Cam was never going to fired by Miles.
Les was too nice. He couldn't control his players, nor fire anyone. Couldn't make the tough decisions.
Just part of the reason he was fired.

Excerpt from LSU Media Guide for the most ignorant collection of fans in football.
(Note record setting seasons are all under different OCs and only constant is Miles.)

Les ran into 4 big problems at once.
1. His Boss had it out for him.
2. Nick Saban
3. Louisiana stopped producing SEC caliber QB's
4. Cam Cameron
But, he still may have survived if he had done what you said and moved on Cam Cameron or had a decent QB. Cameron couldnt recruit or develop a QB that was capable. Made alot of money doing absolutely nothing that 50 other OC's couldnt have done for much less pay.
