What time do they usually play their games? Day? Night? Does Lincoln financial still broadcast games?

technically you are correct. But ESPN isn't going to broadcast every game themselves. They are subcontracting some games to local and regional networks. Sorry to rain on your parade but there will still be a 11:30am SEC game on saturdays.

I actually like having a SEC 11:30 game(Not LSU) but I have stuff going on that weekend and was hoping this would be a 7:00 start

This game is actually moving to an 11:15 start time I believe. There was a thread about this about 3 weeks ago that had a link to all the local affiliates in our respective areas.

If you've ever gotten a chance to watch some early northeastern coolege football games, they are all broadcasat on "ESPN Plus" but are aired on local CBS,ABC,ect over the air channels (by syndycation). I suspect that this type of morning football programming will begin here down in SEC country with the start of the new TV deal.

Most of the early games at MSU are usually a 6 pm kickoff. If tv picks a game up, it changes. Hopefully, it'll be a night game.
