how can you say Mingo hasnt shined in the NFL when he hasn't played in the NFL?

Ware is a good comparison to Mingo. Not saying Mingo will be as good as ware all around but as a pass rusher and athlete they are similar. Ware plays the run far better and probably is better in coverage as well.

Didn't Chief say a couple years ago that Mingo would be a top five pick whenever he's ready.
