Just asking for thoughts... Bama's defense is pretty stout. Can the Tigers run on them?

Tennessee ran on them. We're going to pound the rock with a want.

LSU can run on anyone. LSU can run on some NFL defenses.

Next question.

It depends on what your definition of "run on" is. Can LSU run for 250+ yards? Probably not. Can LSU run well enough to move the chains and give them scoring chances? Absolutely.

Assuming the refs aren't biased... if we can run on 'em, I think we win.

A friend of mine said he thought Bama gears up to stop 'Fournette and someone like Guice has a big game.

I think the bigger question is will we run on them more than they will run on us.

Without a doubt yes, We have 3 running that can all do different things with the ball. I think we see more designed run plays than just the toss up the and let LF run.

A little bit of a veer off this thread.. but trying not to start another... why is our pass defense struggling?

That question is pretty easy to answer. The ACTUAL question is,

"Can Bama run on LSU?"

I think the better question is, can Bama stop LSU's running attack without committing an extra man to the box.

They've gotta use the perimeter with the Zone Read and quick swing passes to open up the middle imo
