Palmer just said Miles' buyout is 1.25 million? Is it a different price then if the University bought him out? I thought it was 10million+

This is what Miles/Michigan have to pay if Miles leaves LSU.

You are obviously the insufferable moron. Did you even read the headline of the link?? Plain as day the reporter's headline reads; Miles squashes Michigan talk.

You need to change your name to Butt PICKer.

He will at least turn this into a big contract extension.

WHY? He is already getting a raise and he is locked down till 2014? Be real, LSU can't afford much more, otherwise they would hire someone else that has been successful for a LOT less.

Les Miles will be the coach at LSU next year. We could not be lucky enough for him to leave. He would be perfect for what michigan looks for. I would give my left nut for someone like Jon Gruden to be our new coach.

Coaches at that level are typically pretty talented at choosing their words wisely. He said he hasn't been contacted by Michigan. That's likely true. That does not mean his agent hasn't been in contact with them, or even already negotiated a contract with Michigan.

I thought for sure that moment came the morning of the SECCG, not the middle of the week.

It did.

Miles did not say he wouldn't go to Michigan. Les Miles has always wanted that job and will likely take it this time. Miles is gone to Michigan. Mark it!

We'll know after the Cotton Bowl.
