Could have been a Tebow type impact player IMO, sans the bible pushing of course.

All in all, the reason I complain about people throwing Miles completely under the bus is that I just feel it's too soon to make that decision as to whether or not he is what LSU needs as a coach.

He's had to overcome his decision for the two DC's. (EVERYONE makes hiring mistakes. Look across the country. Coaches are fired every year, every week. At least we aren't UGA and had to deal with Martinez. ) Add the QB problem and youth and loss of leadership in the OL.

There's ALWAYS going to be problems to overcome.

Now, with that said, I think '10 is the season where everything HAS to come together. If so, it'll prove that my patience is correct and/or your overreaction is wrong.

We'll see.

I guess so. I will admit I hope for the former. I'm not in the business of wanting my team to struggle, but that dude just rubs me the wrong way. You have to admit I'm in a no-win situation. You can take it to the bank that there will be no "I told you Les sucks, LSU is now medicore" threads coming from me. I don't want this, I just feel that strongly that it's ineveitable with Miles at the helm.

No one denies that or believes otherwise, and your continued blathering about it doesn't change the fact that our coach sounds like he has no better than an 8th grade education. It's not retarded to want the coach of your football team to sound like he has a basic understanding of the English language.

What IS retarded, however, is to continue to post such desires.

i think all POSI-Tigers need to read this, it shows what so called-Negatigers are all about. We hope that things turn around, you know that if it does positigers will say "i told you so" and if LSU goes down, everyone loses....and I dont want that to happen...

"He’s (JJ) seen the position best, better than he has (Miles points at JL as he walks by), and I think he’ll (back to JJ) continue to progress and give us much better quarterback play."

Trust me, I absolutely understand. Don't count me as one of the guys that think coaches are infallible. I KNOW how you feel. I absolutely DESPISE McNeese's DC and have since he was hired. I can't stand the guy. He sucks and will always suck. Since he's been the DC, McNeese has underperformed on the defensive side of the ball so much, I'm just shocked that, as good as a coach Viator is, he hasn't recognized that.

With Miles, I just think it's too soon for all the reasons I've been listing since the end of the season.

These arent the ones i have a problem with. Its the guys that state their opinion like its a fact and talk like they watch every practice and have been coaching for 30 years.

The ones that flat out refuse to say anything positive, resort to name calling like they're a bama fan, blame Les for everything and give him credit for nothing.

Of course none of the problem with the LM quotes stems from the fact that the reporter 'tards like Guilbeau can't transcribe from their little recorders WAF.

he has the want and the desire to be the qb. he's a quality guy and has a lot of character, and is very capable of being a leader on this team. he's competing in practice everyday. and competing like heck. he's aahhhhhhh.................very effectively effective on the plays we call. we just have to get better.

learn to speak miles.

Use four head for something other than a damn hat rack. You know when you say one phrase completely, but it's not what you meant to say, so you follow it up with what you meant in the first place?

That's what happened. What he wanted to say was, "He has seen the position better than he has before."

Quit making things something they're not.
