miles' buyout goes down after the 2016 season and no assistants have contracts past 2016. it's not hard to see what's going on.

it's why chavis left. we offered more money per year, but only guaranteed it through 2016, a&m contract runs through 2018 i think.

You must have known there is a 20 plus page thread (by SFP) on this same topic when you started yours. Are you trying to appear smart, because you are clearly failing.

I agree. Hope you bet and won. Bama and Lsu ranked about the same in categories like defense and offense. I'm speaking before the game. I think sabin is getting better players. Teaches them well. Being a great athlete is important. But in football the team concept is so important. At the beginning of the game bama went for it on 4th. It sent a message we intend to win. Les miles didn't do a good job. #7 should have been used for play action passing. They should have thrown to him out the back field. You have to suprise Sabin. Give him lots he didn't prepare for. But Les is so hard headed. Just think how bad the season will be if we lose our final games. And I don't know if Miles can fix things. I love the trick plays. His passion for the game. But if we don't beat bama next year we are in trouble.

I can't fathom why LSU wasn't better prepared. LSU could have been the best team in the country with the right coaching.

There's been hundreds of these same threads on Miles, but most are just knee jerk reactions, like Hannigriff stated. According to his statement, my opinion is more logical.

you mean the year where 1/3 of the team can declare and leave the new coach with the cupboard empty? no thanks. no one wants to learn a whole new program/ coach in their senior seasons..

And who are you besides just another person with an opinion? My opinion is he's done and it will be a mutual agreement.
