Uhhh...Johnson is a senior. I.E., he's a grown man. He can take a butt chewing.

Yikes. If that's the case, I don't know why more kids are beating down the doors to play for Miles. Screw up, cost your team the season on an idiotic play, get a hug and steak dinner.

So beating Arkansas to go 8-4 instead of 7-5 was "the season" for you?

EDIT: And he was clearly yelling

Yikes, you're a loser. BTW, he DOES have kids beating down the door to play for him. I guess landing the #1 overall player doesn't mean much these days.

Sounds like my high school coach! I had my face mask yanked on several times back then. It's not too fun.

I rather Miles technique than seeing Nick Saban constantly acting like a blithering idiot on the sidelines.

Ever heard of the law of diminishing returns?

Absolutely agree! I think a spewing temper is actually a sign of weakness.

as dumb as the foul was and as much as i wish he wouldnt have committed it, i understand
Oh, I understand, too: he was an undercoached idiot who acted like it at a critical point in the game.

It's 3rd and 29 and you just tackled the guy for a 2 yard gain to set up 4th and 27 at their own 12. The only non-absolutely idiotic reason to hit someone in that situation is if they are trying to kill or maim you in a permanently crippling fashion, and if they are doing that you put a cleat in their throat and kill them; you don't go push-shove on them.

He reacted to a thug OL tactic of a guy trying to salvage his team's horrible situation by provoking a stupid and boneheaded move from the defense. And it worked perfectly because we have some stupid and boneheaded guys on defense.

Why is anyone even debating what Saban would have done? If Saban was coach here, the players would have known better than to have committed the fouls, so it's a moot point. It simply wouldn't have happened, at all.

seems to me the foxes have been in charge of the hen-house all season, there is no dicipline.
