He only has 7 of lsu 20 top 15 finishes.It's not good enough that his tenure is the best tenure in lsu history.
It's amazing how some anonymous message board poster that can't tell you the diff between a 1 and 2 gap player or which route the 7 and 5 routes are in a pro style route tree, questions the football knowledge of the winningest coach in lsu history.

Again, facts prove you wrong. 5 star recruits are drafted at a higher % than other recruits. From 2002-2010 44.3 % of the 5 stars were drafted.
Each year approximately 2500 recruits are signed by FBS programs and on average 29 players are given 5 star status.
44.3 % of those 5 stars went on to be drafted.
Picking 30 players out of 2500 and getting 44.3 % of them right is pretty incredible.

Exaclty. Which is it because you can't have it both ways. Lsu clearly doesn't have the talent bama does but we are putting just as much into the nfl. You can't question our staffs ability to develop talent and then say we've had as many players drafted as Bama has, when bama is clearly killing everyone in recruiting.

We support a coach with the highest win % in lsu history.
The 7th best win % in sec history.
The #1ooc win % in sec history.
The coach that , since he was hired, has beaten more ranked teams than any program and has lsu in the top 25 more weeks than any program.
We support a coach that has 7 of lsu's 20 top 15 finishes.
He accomplished those great numbers while coaching in the most successful era of sec football ever

I'll let you in on a fact. From 2009-2013 only 4 programs were able to win 9 games each year and lsu was one of them . 99 % of all cfb programs can't win 9 games every year so stop acting like winning 9 games every year but once is easy to do.

LSU has more former players on current NFL rosters than any other team in college football, that is also a fact. and we've also had back to back 8 win seasons... looks like that's three facts... can you play connect the dots with them?

Except yes I did. It's not sure thing we end with 8 losses so that's not something that stands. We don't have more nfl talent right now that any program. That's not a fact. You posting something doesn't make it a fact.
We have chance at finishing top 15. That would make 4 top 15 finishes our of the last 5 years.
