Im pretty sure most fans were booing Crowton and his play calling. But i agree...booing the performance of a bunch of student athletes playing their hearts out for their school is sad.
People are human though. They get frustrated. They see the best athletes in the country...who had just went through a year where LSU finished 112 in offense...then are told things will be different and improve...but then they have to watch the same thing.

If for sale signs start appearing in his yard when he wakes up, he will get the message.

Why did Lee go in one Drive then back to Jefferson?

Les is a social moron, either that or his perch has gotten too high in the clouds. He must know that the product on the field is shitty, and has been shitty for a long time. Hey Les, I've got 4 million reasons a year to boo your arse, LSU isn't Okie State where you can sit on your arse, not make the needed changes and say everything is great.
As of right now, I hope that someone has the balls to fire you at the end of the year.

In all fairness a lot of people booed after we WON the game and Jefferson came back in to mop up.
Who boos when a team wins the game?
What coach puts in the back up qb for 1 series lets him throw 2 completions while the games on the line and then puts back in the starter to hand it off?

I don't think they were boooing JJ on the option plays. Duh... Its just the same ole shite, thats why they booo. The fans know there isn't the cerebral capacity for change.

Most fans are probably booing Miles but the kids don't see it that way. I don't like or care for the booing . Remember that could be your kid or grandchild on the field. How do you think the kids visiting us and considering signing with us took that? Not good no matter how we try to spin the booing.
We'll have signs next home game that says....
"WE ARE BOOING YOU MILES"
That way the players will know it's Miles and not them.

My disappointment comes in the fact the Coaches seem content with the Offense!
You can't win the big games if you don't try things that can make you better now.
Against the better SEC teams coming up we may very well have to come from behind to win. I do NOT see JJ capable of driving this Offense with their backs to the wall. The better DL's of Bama, Auburn, and FLA are going to chew him up with the time he takes in the pocket.

again. you LOVE JJ, Miles or GC.
This is about CLM and GC. Those 2 are the ones people are BOOING you moron!
FWIW - JJ needed to be benched. Saw Spurrier do it against his starter after 2 picks and no performance and his qb is certainly better than ours.
Frick Miles and CROWTON!
It is a disgrace to our D and Sp Teams our inept O.
WVU should have lost to Marshall, so I am not counting this as a "solid win".

55-15 does he need a defense? Miles Defense is the best in the SEC.

We need to write them in crayon so its in a format our head coach will understand.

Les might be trying to make himself the lightning rod to keep the attention off his pitiful, petulant, pouty QB.

I agree. I understand the fans doing it but I think it is wrong. I have been in BDS plenty of times and heard the boos rain down and it always results in a dejected look on the kids faces. I am anti-boo!!

Oh really? How are people booing Miles when the team is in the locker room and Dan Borne says "At quarterback, jordan jefferson" and the stadium boos? I'll concede the boos after the option plays are directed at the sideline, but the loudest boo of the night was on the one hopper and that was clearly directed at JJ.
Posted on 9/26/10 at 9:38 am to Bone06
Les is correct...when you boo the players hear it. They dont know who you are directing it to. All I know is that we are 4-0 inspite of our qb play. Ask Texas what position they would like to be in this time of year.I cant speak for the rest of LSU fans, but we are witnessing a pretty damn good defense shutting down other teams and probably watching several of the best defensive players in the country. This team reminds me of the Baltimore Ravens back in the day when they won with defense in spite of their offense. Quit booing and enjoy your monday morning coffee.

taking on the fans is a mistake. he can't win, right or wrong. he needs to take on some coaches on offense, maybe anyone dealing with the passing game.
Posted on 9/26/10 at 9:39 am to CamdenTiger
There is a "booer" that sits about three rows above me. He boos, then looks around and smirks like he actually did something. He is about 45 years old weighs in the high 250's and always has spilled food or drink on his shirt.
I am assuming that the is the typical "booer".

when you are asking people to pay large sums of money to attend games, they will become invested in the outcome.
don't be surprised if they boo when you underachieve on the field.
when you play big time college football, you should expect the highs and lows that come with it. these players aren't babies.
we will continue to be asked to be patient with JJ until his Senior Day game at LSU
