Justin Fields can transfer after his freshman season, and possibly be automatically eligible?

The only reason he is possibly eligible is because of racial incident, as stupid as that is and sounds. That shouldn't be a reason to keep the rules from applying to him. But, it is 2019 and the race card is bigger and more powerful than ever.

It's a legitimate rule, it's not really new, as I understand it. It's also not only a race issue but anything that creates an environment that could be considered hostile to the player but it has to be verifiable.

Fields wants to play baseball. There was a verified racial incident involving another player that ended with that player being dismissed. Fields contended that he did not feel as though he could continue playing baseball there after the incident. That was the basis for his waiver request and I think it was legit, albeit it appears a tad convenient.

I have heard that these kids need to sign with out of state schools and take a chance. If they love it, great. If not, they say they miss mommy and come home. Sucks. No penalty for being home sick. But the option is now there. Go to Florida state for a year and come home to your girl. No penalty. Alas.

Yeah but we all know that he's just butthurt about not being given the starting job as a freshman. He's taking advantage of the rule and showing his character or lack thereof all at the same time.

Get this straight not an excuse it’s a fact yes a racial incident. No race card in 2019 facts, rules.

get this straight, every African American I know said the same thing when we discussed Fields, as a parent I’m removing him that team immediately and pulling his sister out of that school as well. They didn’t have enough “facts” to convince the NCAA if they asked the reason why now versus after the incident happened. That bullshite about dismissing the player is what it is bullshite. Now, did the NCAA ask that question? Probably not considering how remarkably stupid they are which brings me to the Fulton case. Alleva is getting credit for fixing something he screwed up. He fricked up the first time allowing the NCAA to ban the kid for 2 seasons when he had the same set of facts but chose to keep his long pointy nose out of it. . He didn’t even try to help or make that argument when it happened. I guarantee you that Radokovich fixes that right now.
