J. Ford was his brother, they actually played together my senior year,
Yeah - they made up half the 4x100 relay team. Both fast as hell.
I have been waiting to see Ford do his stuff ever since he graduated - thought last year would be the one.
But Spencer Ware is going to be hard to outshine - hope he can do it ==== great for LSU if Ford > Ware.

I know ford is quick, but it seemed like they call too many runs to the edge with him. If he's going to beat out ware he's got to run between the tackles better. Ware is pretty good on inside and outside runs.

Bigger yes but faster? No way.
Ware seems like the better back, but I think that's because he's more elusive with better vision.

Spencer Ware isn't faster.
I'm a huge fan of both backs and they both offer something great at the RB position. Ford is faster and stronger and as soon as he gets his blocking assignments down, he will give Ware all he can handle for the starting position.
In the end, both backs will be elite and play on Sundays. Throw in blue, gore, hilliard and magee.... LSU will be fine for years to come, especially w the oline Les is bringing in.

Yes. And RB is a position where you HAVE to have at least 2 good backs. No sense in turning this into another typical LSU QB battle, where everybody picks their guy and belittles the other.

we will be using 4 running backs next year.
Ware, Ford, Magee, and Blue
