In metairie, Sidelines on vets has a ton of tv's. Uptown can do superior like others mentioned, also barcadia in the warehouse district

If you are near Mid-City, try The Mid-City Yatch Club. Pretty cool place and should have a good crowd.

Metairie, my go-to is sidelines on Vets. Plenty of TVs, not packed at all usually
