Why are you so dead set against a practice technique that could be the difference in winning or losing a Natty?
Nowhere has the poster you replied to said he is "dead set against" using jugs machines to allow receivers to practice their catches.
You're just stupid. And pathetic.

You are getting a lot of hate - but its unjustified and typical Rant.
Working on catching balls is good for a WR - more work the better. Pretty simple.
Your example is a 2 cent addition to that main topic. WRs have to practice catching the football and jugs machine reps are good for that, period.

I wish he would tell us how the jug mavhine would help with Joe's errant throws.
Point being. Kids make mistakes.
JUGS are great for developing hands. But you arent on the move when using them. Game situations play out differently, as everyone knows.
BJ has ZERO idea what hes tslking about.

If he is Burrow's brother, or of any relation to Burrow, he is doing him a huge disservice by constantly acting this way on this message board.

I will say that he is right that WR’s catching the ball is going to be huge. Quite frankly I think some just don’t have great hands, but we ought to be able to put enough out on the field that do. I just wish he went about this a different way.

I don't think a single person disagrees. WRs need to catch the football. This goes for any team that plays football.
His constant made up BS is what drives people crazy.

I'm starting to think you're desperately anticipating needing an excuse for Burrow not meeting expectations this coming season.
Ding. Ding. Ding. We have a winner!!!!!!

quote:Fair statement. But you don't get great (confident) hands by wishing for them. You do what the very best WRs have done for many years. You take thousands and thousands of Jugs reps.

bullshite.
This dude comes on here telling everyone the wrs dont have access to jugs machines and arent using them is total crap. He has ZERO clue how many reps the wrs are getting on the jugs but continues to spout it like its the bible n

Glad to see this thread got a quick hook.
Now if we can just get a hook permanently placed on BJ's account.

BTW, Meyer turned Michael Thomas into as much of a Jugs freak as Beckham and Landry.
You just named three Pro Bowl type talents.
You ever think these guys are, oh I don't know, internally motivated?
A coach or JUGS machine didn't make them that way. Those guys would've found a way to be great no matter what.
But go on, I'm glad everyone's seeing how nutty you really are.
Posted on 7/15/19 at 9:47 am to Buckeye Jeaux
Look, if Joe feels that strongly about it he can tell them to get in the reps if they want to get the ball this season. I am sure enough would do it.

But you assume anyone who thinks your posts are silly just HAS to be an O basher. That's delusional on your part.
I'm sure you've noticed your threads are being anchored. That should tell you that you're doing something wrong. Think about it.....
