Guess you didn't hear about the possibility of the Raiders cutting him..?
he would still be in the NFL and it would probably be great for his career

Flynn would have to outlast JR by quite a few years to equal up the $$ portion of that equation. And he'd have to start a couple of years to equal up the playing time portion.

He's in a good spot over there beating out Brohm for 2 on the depth chart. Historically the backup has a decent shot at making an impact but if it's gonna happen, gotta hope for sooner than later. Rodgers gets hurt and hopefully MF can go all Matt Cassell on that arse.

Flynn >JR....There is and always will be more to playing QB than just having a big arm..

Just because LSU's future coach said he didn't get it down...doesn't mean he didn't get it down.
In case you didn't know John Gruden said he didn't get the ball down...but I say he did

I'm just saying I bet Flynn is out of the NFL before JR

..no, not at all... true, Flynn had a little bobble ( it was freezing cold, if you recall...) but he recovered nicely and got the ball down plenty good enough for the kick to work...good kickers hit those all the time. If you are a PRO, you hit those. I mean, good grief...

Why are some LSU "fans" happy when a former Tiger screws up?
Posted on 12/8/09 at 10:57 am to Tchefuncte Tiger
Green Bay should have run that sweet fake that Flynn is so skilled at, fricka getting the ball down, LET FLYNN RUN
btw, in reference to the Raiders cutting JR, that's the best thing that could happen to him. Needs a fresh start obviously

speaking of needing a fresh start, the way the raiders have been playing without him, it appears that it might be the best thing that could happen to them too.
