Maybe true, but the sad thing is TCU has already made it through the tough portion of their schedule

What? Still 2 road games against Okie St and OU, and home vs. Baylor.

Yeah, their schedule is considerably easier from here on in.

LF punished because of woeful competition but Boykin praised for big game vs K state

Kansas State is actually a hell of a win. That's a very successful program.

Real question. We've seen him do it multiple times before. IF LF7 wins the Heisman, what are the odds he gives it to the next guy or someone else. I know it's the Heisman but to be honest I wouldn't be all that surprised to see him do that.
Not that one. Focused on two goals, in order- hoist the NC trophy, and win the Heisman along the way.

Others will get credit in the speech. But you don't win the Heisman from one offseason of hitting the weights and avoiding giving up much in your personal life, for years. That one will be all his. He knows you need a very good or great team around you, hence he's at LSU.

Little "howie" Mandel has Florida as #2 in the nation, with A&M an #6 and LSU at #10. You figure it out from there.

Woeful competition you say?

Minnesota
Stephen F Austin
SMU
Texas Tech
Texas
Kansas State

That is some gauntlet that Boykin miraculously navigated to keep TCU undefeated.

Yeah Fournette's competition sucks arse, but Boykin, playing in the big bad Big 12, plays some of the best defenses in the country like Texas, Texas Tech, and Kansas State. I get it now.

This moron is a stat gazer. I don't think he knows that LF chose to sit out the remaining 3rd and 4th quarter. Pure ignorance.

LSU, as a team, and Fournette as a Heisman candidate, will get every opportunity to move to the front of the line beginning with the rest of the season. The meat of our schedule is coming up, and no one will be able to question toughness.

It all begins against Florida.

The remaining conference games are where Fournette needs to shine.

Yeah, well... Boykin has 5 INTs so far this year (Mariotta had 4 all of 2014), put his team in the position to have to mount a comeback vs KSU (who is a tough opponent by the way) and let's not forget TCU has not played a ranked opponent yet.

So that's like, well, Mandel's opinion mane.

Fournette has Boykin's arse whipped in the good will towards other athletes, being humble, saying the right thing, offering to donate money towards victims of the Carolina floods in a clever way, etc. That's more than half of it. The Heisman voters eat that shite up.

And that's before the amazing stats and the fact that Fournette is a vital part of LSU's success.

My point
____________

Your head

If you think mandel thinks boykin will win the heisman you are a fool. Hes writing someone other than fournettes name to keep the conversation going, which was proven successful by the creation of this thread.
