Are you knighting for Paul? What is your point here? What are your thoughts? Do you want Paul to stay? Are you happy with the job he is doing, and the direction of the baseball program???

I mean step up and make a stand ! I personally think Paul should be run out of town!
Now your turn.

snap on him all you want but we're playing to win 4 of the last 5 series today ... 'narratives' aren't baseball

I like him. LSU fans would have picked apart Babe Ruth had he played for LSU today.

True but you can't live on past accomplishments either.

No doubt he has had a distinguished career, but it is time for him to enjoy his life outside of baseball.

That’s your post? Unbelievable. My son has gotten lessons from a former player who hates him, elite prospects join for a year then leave, only to be studs elsewhere. CPM is done here. You’re bullshlt pity party is inaccurate. You ruined a thread that was suppose to be positive, and you did so within the OP.

Who said they couldn’t??? I will be happy when he’s gone and we hire a new coach who’s ready restore this baseball program to the elite status that it belongs EVERY YEAR . Is it ok for me to feel this way or does that offend you?

This is Les Miles all over again.

People clamoring on behalf of Mainieri to stay will be the same ones bitching next season when he does the same ole underachieving bull shite he's been doing.

It's time for him to go.

I don’t know about the players but I do. There must have been 4 coaching decisions last night he pulled that were wrong before we tied the game. He’s got to go!

who is clamoring on his behalf to stay? ive seen everyone in agreement its time to move on. appreciating what he has done doesn't mean everyone wants him to return, its time for him to hang it up.

I don’t think Paul and Sully are friends considering how he described writing that letter in 2017.

Seriously? That team was loaded and shite themselves in Omaha. I would not call this a great coaching job.
