Lunardi predicting Kentucky a number 1seed

I just don’t understand how we aren’t being considered a number 1 seed. We win the SEC regular season. We are undefeated on the road in the SEC.. W e have the best quadrant 1 record. We beat Kentucky on the road and we beat Tennessee at home. Someone please explain to me why if anyone from the SEC deserves a #1 seed other than LSU.

because we aren't a basketball school. because we aren't a blue blood basketball institution and it's been so long since we've been relevant in our own conference and nationally...that's what people will tell you.
it's biased. We beat Kentucky head-to-head. Same with Tennessee. If we win the SEC tournament, we will be a 1-seed.
time to #BootUp and shut everyone up. let them make the jokes, we'll have the trophies and the memories.

LSU’s penchant for not being able to put away most teams and digging themselves early holes they have to climb out of is scary to me. Living life so close to the edge was a precarious position before Wade was suspended and Smart was in limbo.
