NIce win for Lady Tigers. Carter is a cancer on the Aggies team. Very bad attitude. Glad to see ref “T” her up.

She is the reason Howard and that other kid ran off

I am happy LSU doesn't have a player like that, regardless of how talented she is.

Correct. 10-4 (1-1) in the SEC.

When they win: it’s not at the level they used to be, Nikki is awful, who cares about women’s basketball, blah, blah, blah.

Will be interested to see how they finish out, but it is good to see players step up with Jackson and Louis gone.

Good win, I always thought Nikki could coach. The talent level is not near what it was in the glory years and that's absolutely on Nikki IMHO.

But from what I see she typically gets close to the most out of the relatively mediocre talent she has recruited.

Usually when they win it is nothing but crickets.

When they lose: fire Nikki, fire Alleva, get Mulkey.

When they lose even the idiots who take the time to post in every WBB thread that they don't follow or care about WBB, all of a sudden care and wants to make changes to the program.

NOBODY cares or follows women's BB until a loss then EVERYBODY cares all of a sudden.

Such is the life of an internet message board LSU ranter fan.

Early on, I tried to defend her, but you are absolutely correct. Anyone who follows the team knows it has never been X’s And O’s.

I was one of them. Watching them play Georgia didn't exactly give some of us a comfortable feeling that they would win any.

It was a good win. Consistency is what they need. Did a lot of good things, that's for sure.

Agreed

Happy she inked two really good guards this past class. I imagine Tiara Young will be contributing a lot immediately next season.

Btw, LSU hosted a former 5 star Post player from the 2018 class against SE the other day. Daphne white. She signed with Miss St but ended up at a community college and is suppose to decide between LSU and a couple other schools for next season!

Profile

Fingers crossed

357, who coaches the post players? I know Nikki and Butts work on the guards, right?

Aaron Kallhoff, the new coach from TCU. Thomas-Swinson works with them as well, she does a little of everything.

Yes Nikki and Tasha are 100% hands on with the guards. Both were literally in every kids arse this offseason to get up more shots to shoot better from the perimeter. I don't think I have ever seen such urgency in their years at LSU.

Surprising, Aaron is upgrading the recruiting connections. LSU is actually in contact with some big international players. Legit ones, not Rina Hill, Shanice Norton types.

I always thought Nikki could coach and get the most out of kids. When you look at the talent she works with on a yearly basis. Its amazing she has the seasons that she does. Issue was always getting complacent on the recruiting trails and not finishing on bigger prospects.

Look at kids like Mitchell and Pointer, both national top 100 kids and 4 star prospects and are very good players. Imagine have 5-7 players of those. We are looking at a completely different team.

Today was the best I’ve seen Yasmine Bidikuindila look. She has no offense but she had some big rebounds and a big time block today. Aifuya has improved also but she still misses too many easy put backs. Never had a problem with Niki’s coaching and game planning. It’s been her laziness at recruiting and her lack of relationships with local high school coaches. There are way too many Louisiana players contributing at other schools while she seems to build on transfers.

Give her credit for the class she just signed, though. A top 20 class according ESPN, including two BIG recruits in Young and Davis, both from Louisiana.

Now if this can become a consistent thing, man, look out!

The rub is that because of how badly she let it slip, that's considered a good class under Nikki. Would have been considered a disappointment under Sue/Pookie.

But can't turn back the clock we can only hope that's a trend that continues improving.

Yes, hopefully it marks the beginning of some growth for the program.

So far 10 of them have down voted you. They don’t like you talking about their sterling character.

How can so many live their lives being so hateful and negative? It’s got to effect their families and every day lives. I always say, hate rots the brain. Those nitwits are a case study of that proposition. Pun intended.
