Pretty sure the voters realized they made a mistake in 2003. I doubt that mistake ever gets repeated as long as the BCS exists.

Agreed. It's much harder to do it now.

There is still a possibility IF LSU were to win out...and that's a mighty big fricking IF. If AU lost the champ game. Bama loses to us. LSU would be sitting pretty with one loss.

Personally, I don't think LSU will win out or those other teams will drop a game or two.

I'd just be happy if LSU could start moving the frickin' football and LSU ended up in a BCS game...and destroyed it's opponent.

Just trying to make it clear, for ALL the dumbass people, who post their "what if" pipe dreams. Win the west, win the SEC championship, and MAYBE play in the NC game. To think/hope for anything otherwise is stupid.

There is a difference between talking about possibilities and thinking something will happen. The odds are very low that something like this could happen, but they are probably not less than winning the Powerball. Because it's possible, someone eventually wins Powerball just like a 2 loss team eventually made it the the NCG.

You know it is a bad system when it needs tweaking constantly. Again, why call anybody "stupid" for saying there is a chance? Every team has at least 4 or 5 games to play. If you recall 2007, it is not far fetched to say that teams may start losing and being 10 in the BCS gives you a lot of room to move up.
We need the luck factor again...true. While the odds are very very low, it is quite possible.
