this may be true, but have you seen the Matt Lienart comercial on espn? where he has on a purple shirt and half way through he says, Hey whats with this shirt, then he is in a red shirt and he says this in better. (or some shite like that) that just goes to show you there is some hatred coming from usc also.

No no no no no. You don't understand. Virtually all coaches state that their goal is to win what they have control over and then all else will fall into place if willing. SEC coaches say our goals are to win the west or Each Division, win the SEC CG as that is what we control. Win those and we are hopefully in a place to win soimnething else (NC). PC (and SEC coaches) preach this every year.

My hatred of USC comes from watching the media fall over eachother to slob on Petey's knob.
Musberger, John Saunders, Dan Fouts, Mike Gottfried, and just about everyone @ESPN. It's sickening. Someone posted an article on here yesterday that said "USC clearly has no piers"...are u kidding me? Capt Comeback is UNDEFEATED against USC with his backup QB! Every year those assholes loose a game in which they're double-digit favorites. If they can't beat UCLA, Oregon, Oregon State, Stanford....how could they win the SEC 6 straight years like some Pac-10/USC fans predict? We all know how shitty the Big-11 has been lately...all but ONE of USC's bowl wins have come against the Big-11 since 1994!! Wake me up when u play a tough team in your bowl game...

It's not just USC. What you have to understand is that the SEC, the south in general got no respect for a very long time. It was all Big 10, which is why we have a "hatred" for them. So anything or anyone that in any way tries to take something away from us, or slight it, it gets us riled up. Sure, I was over the top in what I was saying earlier in this thread, but I'm now trying to give you some background on it all. Had USC or Ohio State won the NC last year, every lead-in story and topic of every college football show on every channel would be about them. In fact, neither of those teams won it last year and it is that way anyway.

it did for me. only early in the season.
then when we finally got ahead of usc in the polls and won the BCS National Championship Game usc was still given more credit for a national championship than LSU.
how would you feel if the shoe was on the other foot?
sorry, we got the shite end of the deal by the media and as long as they talk about usc the way they do i can keep disliking them.

Let's look at BCS opponents this decade:
-USC and LSU both beaten Oklahoma for the NC
-LSU has also played ND in a BCS game - USC has beaten ND six years straight
-USC and LSU have both beaten Illinois
-USC and LSU have both also beaten the Big10 champ (Michigan for USC in 2003 and Ohio State for LSU in 2007)
I don't think this is a well thought out argument on your part.
