Sorry guys, but I just got off the phone with Cox.
Not sure if serious, but go to this LINK and search for Saturday TV listings. It shows the game is good to go.

It will be blacked out in BR and Eugene. Everywhere else will have it.
Not true. It's being shown in BR and Eugene. It's blacked out everywhere else.

Ok guys, I know this is germans and I've searched the topic. I really can't find a straight forward clear cut, current answer.
Is ABC blacking out in baton rouge on area cable providers or not?
Conflicting stories everywhere I read.
Trying to make some plans here!! TIA
The rant leaves me fricking speechless sometimes.

Might be the most ridiculous post I've ever seen

Look at the way he spelled "Oregan." You can't take this guy seriously.
He should self-impose a blackout on himself and listen to the game on 98.1

First of all no TV network in the world would ever blackout a game they're covering. It makes no commercial sense whatsoever. The networks, through an agreement with the NFL, blackout certain games locally in order to fill the stands.
Network TV and the NCAA have no such agreement in place.

WTF? Why in the world would it be blacked out?
It wouldn't but there have plenty of games in the past few years that were not shown due to contract disputes between the providers and the networks.

How to prevent blackout.
Step 1: Turn on your TV
that's it.
