I agree. Folks must not be looking at actual teams playing and just w/l records. Ole miss will score but if we dont drop at least 40 on them something is wrong. Aranda is also on a mission after last week.

I would never trust LSU and the spread.

Have a feeling that line is being bet down and is going to be hammered very soon once they get "their" line. Dont miss out on the 12.

I think it’ll be closer to 10 actually. With our habit of letting teams back into the game and their offense, I’m not touching this.

If it gets to single digits somehow I’ll go after it.

Larger $$$ bets are going to Ole Miss... Smaller $ bets going to LSU.

They will hammer LSU. Its a matter of what number. I dont think they move it 5 points to hammer tho.

Everyone was taking LSU in 2013 too. This is college football and you have no idea how serious the team is taking this game.

I saw it open at 12 with my guy and is now at 11.5.

10 flat might be the number. I’m hoping for 9.5.

Except the one team Ed O will never allow his team to lose to is Ole Miss.

Just win, baby. Especially given our OL issues and tendency of the offense to go into a funk in games like this.

You think the season ticket holders will stay to at least the 3rd quarter?

Vegas looks at trends. We did it against Miami, Auburn, and LaTech.

FTR, I’m not some non gambler spouting shite. I’ve religiously bet on college football for a decade. And I’m having a great year (and just jinxed myself).

I look at LSU games objectively when it comes to money.

Well you and the people who upvoted you are missing out then.

quote:

LSU is 8-1 against the spread (ATS) vs. SEC teams during Orgeron's tenure. The Tigers lost, 37-7, as a 7-point favorite at Mississippi State on Sept. 16, 2017. LSU has covered eight consecutive times against SEC opponents since then.
If you count his time as interim coach, Orgeron is 12-3 ATS against SEC teams. A bettor who put $100 on LSU against the spread in every SEC game with Orgeron as coach would've won $790.92 so far in essentially two seasons. (SEC teams play eight conference games a year, and Orgeron has been head coach in 15 SEC games).

LSU is 11-4 in SEC games straight up under Ed Orgeron, falling to Alabama, 24-10, as 21-point underdogs last year.

Never take LSU as the favored team. Always bet LSU as the dog.

You're welcome.
