re: LSU vs McNeese Hoops Highlights

I’ve seen one person in the several threads about the game mention that we didn’t run anything which is the norm for scrimmages but just shows that most of the criticism posts don’t even realize this and wouldn’t be able to tell if we did or didn’t anyway.

I disagree here. Ruzic and Ugo looked very good. Dent looked extremely underwhelming for what seemed to be a great PG pickup. Dioubate to me needs to only offensive rebound way too much ball handling from him.

On the bright side I don’t think Bashir Ugo and Mo/Ruzic are starting. Niang Dessert and Clark are all 3 better than any of those 4 not to mention if by some way we get Luis he’s the best player on the team by a mile.

Seems you are only disagreeing with Dent's performance. I thought he looked solid, but I was also disappointed that he didn't seem better. What I saw was a player that remained under control, and moved and passed fine. I didn't see him create assists by breaking down the defense., however he passed my eye test, but I suppose that was underwhelming, since I expected more. I think he will be a net positive.

When you say he was underwhelming, does that mean you think Dent was bad?
