Any chance we see Brady/E implement any
under-center, single-back looks like the Saints use with Kamara?

I’m all for the spread and think the running game is going to be fine out of the shotgun.
But some of these spread out under center looks with a TE/H-back can get the RB’s running downhill quicker and we will still have RPO looks with quick slants/bubble screens.

I like that aspect of the saints offense and it is certainly in Brady’s arsenal to use. I think that can benefit us once SEC play begins.

It’s not that we need Kamara reincarnated. With a single back look and faster developing run plays any running back can benefit from getting downhill faster.

Who on the opposing defenses are comparable to the likes of
Cam Jordan and JJ Watt?

We could pull this off with any slashing back or receiver in the backfield.

With younger running backs this provides them without having to wait in the backfield as long for a hole to develop. For backs like TD Price and CEH this would help them as well. Their ability to break tackles and slip through hole will be a strength.

And I am in no way saying that we need to be running this a significant amount of plays, just sprinkles throughout the game to keep the D honest.

Hopefully no one. That guy is a puss and afraid of contact.

Who cares? No one on the defense is as good as the Saints' opponents.

And no one on the offense is as good as the Saints' opponents. It is a matter of scale, but I thought that was too obvious to mention.

The Saints also have a Top 5 offensive line in the league. You cannot say the same for LSU. It is more important that our RBs have the ability to pass protect. We can't really put our most electric RB in the game until he can learn to protect Joe.

We don’t have anyone close to Kamara.
