Really tough watching that offense last year. Cameron has to earn that paycheck this year.

Where was LF in the last part of the 4th? Did he get hurt?

Watching this game has done nothing for my confidence in this season. 8 wins tops. The dropped pass basically gave LSU this game. It's astonishing how bad our offense really was.

My buddies and I rewound that a couple times during the game and had a good laugh.

UF WR drops the go ahead TD with very little time left. What a gift.

NOBODY hates LSU, LSU coaches, current LSU players and former LSU players more than internet message board LSU fans.

Where do you get this? I never see anyone use the word "hate" unless it's one of you holier than thou Miles crusaders. QB play was bad last year and a lot of fans could easily see that. A game was on TV from last year featuring bad QB play. Expecting everyone to constantly praise what was happening with absolutely no criticism at all is just unrealistic. I swear, you guys are Nazis.

quote:

People come on here and bash coach Miles 24/7 and then get pissed when a recruit goes somewhere else. WELL guess why they went somewhere else. If a fan base hates their coach and players, why the hell would a recruit sign up for this shite.

This is just stupid. "I don't want to go to LSU because 2% of their fan base says mean things about them on a message board." Hear how dumb that sounds? If you want to know why LSU fans are the BEST in the country, look no further than death valley on Saturday night. This stupid message board is not a representation of the LSU fanbase and to think it is, again, is just retarded. AND the ones who do talk shite are the same ones that praise the team and coach when we're playing well. Did you read this board after last year's Ole Miss game? It was glorious.

quote:

I think that's why LSU does so well with out-of-state recruits. They aren't subjected to the constant hatred from the local idiots every day. As far as they know coach Miles is a good coach, LSU is a good team and playing for Miles at LSU can help them get to the pros.

Yeah...because NOBODY in Louisiana thinks that Miles is a good coach, LSU is a good team and playing for Miles can help them get to the pros. It's Tigerdroppings.com that ruins it for them.

I really wonder where this hyper sensitivity comes from. We're FANS. Fans come to message boards and complain when things get rough. It's what happens. Have you really never taken into account that even the most devoted fans might have a few things to be critical about while still loving their team?

Criticism does not equal HATE, and die hard fandom should not equal constant positivity and praise in the face of occasional mediocrity.

, and lighten up.

At least 5. I wish I could get into the mind of this kid at times. To see A what he is going through and B. why the frick did you throw the ball there.

Lol, that game was shitty looking at it now. I remember we were just happy to get a win at the time. Remember this was the week after losing to Auburn 41-7 (aka Les Miles' worst loss as LSU)

so close to starting off 0-3 in the SEC... still can't believe florida dropped a wide open TD pass at the end. Jennings would have had to drive the entire field with a minute and a half or something on the clock. Very fortunate to beat a florida team with a losing season
