The contract with Aramark runs through July 2027 (thanks Aleva and Alexander).
Aramark provides all materials and labor and gives at minimum 45% of GROSS revenue back to LSU.
That goes to show you how much they cut back on labor and push up prices in order for the contract to be profitable.
Crap deal for the fans, but a great deal for LSU. All the university has to do is audit Aramark to make sure the receipts numbers are correct.
Oh yeah, LSU and Aramark can agree in 2027 to extend the deal an additional 10 years....

Filling in paperwork doesn’t work. Just stop buying that crap until it changes. Fans have power to change if they stick together. If nobody bought concessions they would get the messsge. But the fat slobs couldn’t do that.

Hopefully folks give them reasonable, constructive suggestions instead of simply whining like a bunch of schoolgirls. Everything brought in has to be prepared somewhere and hand carried into the stadium.

How about the staff that only takes your credit card for payment, then ask for @ tip, in cash?
