anyone think this is possible? I think the winner of the Texas Tech/Oklahoma game is gonna go to the Big XII championship game and win that game.

I kinda hope so. It'd be a big opportunity for LSU to make a statement. TX will only have one loss and be ranked top 5, so Cotton would be a let down for them not making the BCS. LSU with 3 losses to top 5 teams could make a huge stmt win.

Now, I think their offense scares the hell out of LSU's D.

In a 3 way tie for the Big 12 south, the highest ranked BCS team goes. If OK beats TT, they will leap over Texas and TT.

think you have TT and UT backwards. Regardless of TT's win over UT at home, if they lose next week they are out of the BCS and will go to the Cotton. With all three of those teams having beat each other OU will prob go to the Big 12 over UT and a BCS at large will take UT over TT every day of the week and twice on sunday. TT will play us where they will throw for 9,757 yards.

Indeed. I think the Nutt will get us. We're playing pretty uninspired football this year.

what number choice does cotton have of B12? Is it 3rd choice? If so, I think TT goes cotton assuming they lose at least once and UT and OU win out. Otherwise, there's a good chance we get OU. I UT will probably go to BCS game at large over OU.

Assuming that Texas and Oklahoma both win out (including an OU win over TTU, obviously)it's not at all clear that OU will jump Texas in the BCS standings. In that case, Texas will advance to the Big XII title game on tiebreakers.

Yeah - and talk about being due! We've won that game several times in the recent past when we didn't deserve it. We'll overlook them (by looking toward next season).

I sure hope we pull it out, but I'm 1/2 way expecting a full Rant meltdown on Sunday 11/23.
