And for someone to say the time between the 2 final fours citing a 6 year period is just silly.

They have sucked for a long time.

And as someone pointed out, not every student lives in BR. You do know they are still out of school right?

students paying out their arse for tuition don't want to go watch kids getting a free tuition, who probably won't graduate, jack up 3's from 5 feet behind the line and miss for 2 hours on a saturday

I usually go, but sit right above the student section. I just can't take the cheer sheets, repetitive cheers, and the attempt to trash talk. I appreciate the dedication, but it can get pretty embarrassing.

I liked being at mid court better than being able to mess up free throw shots in the 2nd half.

First of don't complain about the students when you probably aren't at the game yourself. Like a previous poster stated i noticed alot of students go to other sections to have a better view because the rest of the "fans" don't come. But I will admit my freshman year which was the 06-07 season and we had the last 2 games i can remember outside of the Uconn game that the PMAC was packed. And those were the Witchta St and Texas A&M game. The A&M game was by far the most fun i have ever had at a basketball game.

First off im not a student anymore but when i was, i was at everything, i went to volleyball, basketball (mens and womens), softball, and baseball. So don't question my loyalty about my support. But it irks my nerves when you have people complaining about the students not showing up because it doesn't look good on tv well then if thats how you feel stop watching on tv and go to the game your damn self.

I'm totally with you on that, because idk if you were there for the TAMU game I mentioned earlier but I had never gone to a basketball game in the glory days of LSU basketball but that crowd was as rocking as any you see or hear of including the big dogs like Duke and UNC.
