If his services were free I would say no thanks. T-bob squatting out 528. That is unacceptable.

T-Bob being other than on the scout team is unacceptable bless the guy's heart

You are in the very very very small minority, Dreds.

The success of the program then can be better attributed to LNMFS

So based on eight yrs ago he should get tenure. Got it. And I guess alleva should get a lifetime contract for one sport out of the big 3 making the postseason this year

Dude I've seen the form that Moffitt stresses they are nothing more than chair squats. Tony Horton probably could do just as many lbs with that form. The depth is non-existent.

holy cow!!!!! are they going down all the way or 'half-arse' squats like everyone does at the gym???
Posted on 7/16/11 at 11:00 am to Dredsof DOOM
So squat max correlates to 4th quarter stamina....gotcha, when I need a trainer I'll call you up

Did you even watch that video that you posted? Steltz is only going down a little more than 90 degrees which is also known as a chair squat. Moffitt even says it himself I want them to go down as far as flexibility allows. WTF does that mean? For Lonergan is that 3 inches?

Squats and deadlifts give you the best indication of your overall fitness level outside of having specific metrics.

Yeah best in the business that is why our team has no 4th quarter endurance and we have a minimum of 10+ injuries per game. Our conditioning program is complete garbage. Moffitt needs to move on.

A little more than a chair squat....
4th quarter failures.

81-8 Says the LSU media guide when taking a lead into the 4th quarter since 2000.
17 4th quarter comebacks under Les Miles.
30 OT/4 quarter comebacks since 2000.
12 4th quarter comebacks against ranked teams under Les Miles.
I'll stick with the 20th century program as all these statistics come from Tommy Moffitt, the ONLY strength coach in the nation with 4 National Titles under his belt.
Tommy Moffitt is WIDELY considered the best in the business. Texas tried to lure him away this year and they are the only team that has better facilities than us in terms of strength and conditioning.
Suck on that Doom.

Never ever take workout advice from a guy with a haircut like that. And that dudes technique was terrible............all knees and back.
You should be even more embarrassed for posting that link.
