Not saying this poster actually was able to squat that, but I knew many people in high school that could squat well over 500 lbs. Heck I was able to squat 405# 6 times and I wasn't even close to being the best at my high school.

One guy at my high school that competed in the 132 class weight division in power lifting squated high 5's.

Locotiger is from WM. There were multiple guys yearly that squatted 500 in meets on WM's powerlifting team. Not sure if he was one of them, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

Look at that, true freshman freak already sitting near the top with the 4th best squat. No wonder he is called freak.

By far the most impressive number on the board. That is a true freshman that hasn't been in the weight program long at all. Does the absence of Mickey on the board mean that he wasn't in attendance?

This...

But I'd think that lineman like T-Bob would be squatting more. I had had teammates on the Ju-Co level squatting 700+.. freakin monsters..

Of course D-1 ball has a lot tougher steroid testing

Seeing Ford up on top got me thinking. I wonder what Dalton Hilliard squat in his day. Dude had redwoods for legs.

Not surprised they aren't on there honestly. The ones that are there now were never big workout guys except for Turner and he'll be up there soon. Allen was awkward in the weight room if IIRC. Mingo didn't start playing football until late. Blackwell is one I would expect to be on there, but not sure how he's been since his injury.

I saw some numbers doing a simple google search, but I'm not sure if I believe them. Can Mickey really squat 650+?

Not sure, but here are the South Regional records. He holds the bench record at 440. Some kid from Marksville put up 490 at State though to beat Mickey in that event.
