Daniels does look much more comfortable in the offense they were running. So far anyway.

That is a very good question.
The reason you probably see him in practice is because they really don't have a center. Charles turner is not starting at center in the sec.
If they don't get one in the portal west has as good a shot as anyone. I think he is going to be a really good player in due time.

The videos of day one had turner starting at center. The last link in the OP clearly shows #69 at center.
