Yea, she has lost all confidence at the plate. Had hoped that the big HR e few series ago might turn it around, but that was apparently a fluke.

Serret needs to sit and be given psychological space to process what is going on. It would do her some good. She sometimes smashes the ball but pitch selection has been her demon this year.

Unfortunately, I think it’s more than that right now. She’s not seeing the ball well and has zero confidence. She swung right through a few good looking pitches today.

That should do it. Griggs really never had closing speed in the outfield. So that was placed perfectly.

It should not have to feel like if we give up more than two runs, we have no chance to win. That’s unacceptable. Find away to score at least two runs. Give your pitchers a chance

That's right. You have to identify the pitch before you can select it.

Pulling an outside pitch is what just happened. No batters except slappers go the opposite field. Not taught or never heard of it.
